As our course starts mostly on Mondays; in this case 3 full working days has be given to us to refund him the amount less the admin charges of $200. So For example: If the student emails us on Tuesday Evening we will be able to process the refund less admin charges of $200. The refund may take 1 month from the requested date. No refund will be granted once the course has been commenced or if less than 3 working days notice is given. For example: if the request is received on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday we won’t be able to refund, reason being the seat was given to you and only you, it costs us money and time to advertise to fill a slot, a student was declined as this slot was given to you. If student is paying within 3 days of course commencement, they no longer can ask for the refund.
